Mahesh Asrani is an experienced finance professional and a Senior Accredited Director with a strong finance, governance and Agri business background, and expertise in managing business expansion in global environment and steering business reorganisation.
In a career spanning over thirty-five years, Mahesh started out as a partner of an accounting firm specialising in Auditing and Advisory services and then went on to manage global Agri Commodity businesses as a CFO.

Mr Shabbir Hassanbhai is a qualified finance professional, an entrepreneur, a Senior Accredited Director, an experienced Board member and a Diplomat. Strategic planning, corporate governance and conflict management are his forte, and he champions emerging markets in the Middle East and Africa.
He has over fifty years of business and management experience. He has honed his entrepreneurial skills as a third generation member of his eighty-five-year-old family business.
